This Genshin Impact Sandrone Cosplay photoshoot was primarily focused on capturing a series of mirror selfie shots, emphasizing both garment textures and leg silhouettes. The dress features a color palette of black, gold, and white accented with hints of red and black; the structured, crisp fabric provides a sculptural feel that fits the Puppet Cosplay theme seamlessly. To support the flared skirt, I used an extra-large petticoat; although it occupied quite a bit of space when seated, it kept the dress silhouette perfectly defined. The white stockings were chosen to underscore the character's subtly rigid yet delicate doll-like aesthetic, and the material's slight sheen under studio lighting naturally highlighted the leg shape. Because the phone covered my face, the composition relied heavily on posing: keeping one leg extended while bending the other on the chair seat allowed me to showcase long, clean leg lines in a seated posture. The white chair, floor, and background walls created a clean canvas, while lighting from the right cast defined shadows on the left wall, adding striking depth and contrast to the scene. Styling the headpiece and wig took patience, especially balancing the layered headbands and bows. The lace collar around the neck and the ruffled sleeve edges had to be pinned securely in place to prevent them from slipping down. Black Mary Jane shoes paired with white stockings offer a classic combination; the wind-up key attachments meant for the shoes were left with a friend, so I had to use this alternative pair. Although that detail was missing, the overall black-and-white look stayed cohesive. Finding the right angle in front of the mirror took considerable time—using a wide-angle lens elongated leg proportions, but required careful positioning to prevent the skirt from warping. Studio lighting caught the gold embroidery on the dress, giving off a refined gleam that elevated the photo's texture. Serving as both model and photographer meant constantly fixing clothes while monitoring the phone screen, which was exhausting, but well worth taking extra shots for the right look. After refining all these details, the character portrayal achieved the exact atmospheric presence I had hoped for.
