The costume features the iconic blue and white color scheme, accented with striking golden tassels and decorative rope knots, delivering a very solid and high-end texture. During fittings, to ensure the outer coat draped with clean silhouette lines, I spent considerable time adjusting the inner layering to prevent any bulky appearance.

The wig styling was meticulously crafted this time—the curvature of the bangs and the length of the sideburns were repeatedly adjusted to fit my face shape, allowing the light blue tone to look translucent under studio lights. The gloves are glossy black leather; to keep them sleek, the finger construction was tailored tightly, which made breathability slightly poor during long shoots, but it was worth enduring for the crisp visual impact.

In terms of props, the long sword with a blue-and-white gradient finish carries noticeable weight—holding it steady single-handedly for several seconds without trembling was a true test of arm strength, especially when maintaining tall standing postures in the white backdrop studio. While the fox mask served as a soft accessory, its screen presence was remarkably high, significantly enriching the visual composition when paired with the folding fan.

Regarding shooting locations, two main sets were utilized. One was a traditional Japanese room (Washitsu) constructed with sliding paper doors, tatami flooring, paper lanterns, and woven cushions, sprinkled with fallen petals to recreate a cherry blossom shower atmosphere. The other was a pure white backdrop studio—ideal for rendering costume details cleanly, such as golden embroideries, waist knots, and black footwear with metallic buckles.

The eye makeup emphasized facial contours without heavy color stacking, maintaining a clean, sharp aesthetic. Lighting arrangements differed by set: the Japanese room utilized warm, soft light to harmonize with wood textures and paper doors, evoking a cozy traditional feel while accentuating gold accents. The white backdrop studio employed cool white light to highlight fabric texture and the crispness of the blue-and-white palette.

To evoke the aesthetic of \"falling sakura upon steel armor,\" scattering petals proved notoriously difficult to control—too many clumped on the face, while too few lacked atmosphere. We scattered petals repeatedly to catch ideal motion trajectories. Overall, delivering a compelling character portrayal demands seamless synergy across cosplayer, photographer, and makeup artist.
