The cosplay costume and accessories were shipped separately. I couldn't wait to try it on as soon as I received the express delivery today, and I was directly startled the moment I unboxed it.
Because the accessories were sent separately in many independent packaging bags, spreading them out covered a whole bed. Looking at that pile of metal parts, shoulder decorations, and complex zipper structures, my first reaction was how exhausting it must be to put this on. But when I actually held the clothes in my hands, my worries instantly turned into pleasant surprises. The materials used for this outfit are very solid; the fabric for the white deer hair buns concert design has a certain thickness and crispness, completely different from those limp, cheap fabrics. The zipper on the jacket has good smoothness, and the golden metal decoration on the chest is finely crafted with rounded polished edges, so it won't scratch the inner layer or skin.
When I started putting it on, it really took a lot of time to adjust. The off-the-shoulder design and the ring buckles on the arms required bit-by-bit alignment, and pulling the zipper in the back alone was a bit struggling, so I suggest sisters planning to wear this set in the future to ask someone for help. The lower skirt has numerous layers; the dark blue striped pleated skirt hem plus the light blue inner tulle skirt present a great fluffy curve when worn. The black edge binding along the skirt hem is very secure, and the fabric has a faint silk-satin luster under the light, creating a very natural swaying effect when walking. The matching white gloves feature pink borders, offering a great fit when worn without looking bulky. The White stockings on the legs, with the golden buttons at the top matching the proportion of the skirt hem perfectly, give a strong sense of overall visual extension.
During the fitting process, what satisfied me the most was the overall cut and silhouette. Many cosplay costumes pursue exaggerated 2D effects while often ignoring the comfort of real-person wear, but this outfit handles the tapering of the waistline and shoulder width quite reasonably. I held an acrylic standee in my hand as a reference and compared the tailoring of the clothing; the restoration degree is very impressive. Although it was just a fitting without complete makeup, styling, and wig styling, I could already feel the atmosphere brought by this outfit. Although having accessories shipped separately made the preparation process before fitting a bit hectic, it also shows that the store put real thought into packaging and collision prevention.
The weight of the metal parts, the texture of the fabric, and the layers of the skirt—these details combined really make you feel that the wait was worth it. When I took it off after trying, I carefully checked the seams and snap fasteners; the stitching was neat with no loose threads, and the paint finish on the accessories had no wear. For someone who frequently does game character cosplay, encountering an outfit with a proper cut, good fabric, and well-executed details truly makes one full of anticipation for the upcoming formal shoot. The overall fitting experience was simply that the initial shock upon unboxing was completely overwritten by the pleasant surprise after putting it on.
