[Hyacinthia Cosplay] Honkai: Star Rail Hyacinthia Fitting: Chatting About Miaowu's Costume

I've had this Hyacinthia cosplay outfit from Miaowu Cosplay for a while, and today I finally made time to put it on for a mirror Cosplay fitting. The tailoring and overall refinement certainly didn't disappoint; as a veteran Hyacinthia fan, the visual satisfaction at first glance was very high regarding the golden flower embroidery, red-and-white layered contrast, ethereal headpiece, and the gradient-dyed wig. However, there is one very frustrating point—the bust measurements. I must say, when I first got it and tried to pull up the zipper, it almost made me want to return the costume. The bust is made extremely small, and pulling up the zipper was exceedingly difficult; it felt stuck at the chest and hard to pull up, making me fear tearing the zipper pull with too much force. I thought it was an isolated size error, but after putting it on, I realized the costume's cut is indeed not very friendly to sisters with fuller bust lines. Fortunately, after gritting my teeth and getting into it, the overall visual presentation was stunning.

Having worn outfits from two other brands previously—Sanfen and Manjiong—receiving Miaowu's costume allowed for a very direct personal comparison. Currently, the photos in P3 show Sanfen, Manjiong, and this Miaowu set I acquired, in that order. By comparison, Sanfen's cut leans more toward simple daily dressing and undressing, and Manjiong's stitching is fairly neat; however, Miaowu Cosplay's set is currently my personal favorite in terms of overall material selection, precision of gold thread embroidery, and the luxurious heavy-craft feel of the skirt. Wearing it captures that Lolita style mixed with an ethereal aura perfectly. The wig styling is also the soul of this set. The pink main tone with mint green gradient dip-dye at hair ends transitions very naturally, unlike many cheap wigs with harsh, stiff dividing lines. Little wings and red accents on the headpiece add a touch of agility and playfulness to the whole look.

To pull the zipper up, I even tried twisting my body to find the right angle, though the process was a bit embarrassing. Once on, it actually fit surprisingly well. Anti-exposure design on skirts like this is great; white tights paired with black platform leather shoes and that red ribbon bow at the ankle prove through details that Miaowu put genuine heart into restoring the original design. As for matching accessories, the large plush toy in my hand directly hit the cute spot. Its white body, blue-and-pink limbs, and tiny gold crown on top enriched picture composition while softening the solemn, opulent vibe of the garment itself, making it look livelier. The magic wand prop was also solid rather than feeling like cheap, flimsy plastic; holding it in hand has actual weight so it doesn't look cheap when posing.

Regarding the small bust issue, if I were to offer advice to sisters who also love this cosplay, it would be to consider custom sizing or consulting customer service for larger sizes or alteration plans if you have a fuller bust. Although zipping up was a real struggle that almost made me return it, considering tailoring, materials, accessory details—especially hair ends and golden embroidery—I ultimately decided to keep it. Overall, this Hyacinthia cosplay costume is visually outstanding with clear design layers, complete accessories, and a try-on effect that truly hits the spot. Trying it on before the mirror at home with simple poses shows the tension of the garment. Given the chance later, I'll definitely take this outfit outdoors for an exterior shoot to experience the texture of those gold threads and fabrics under natural light.
