"The world has never had such colors." I've always wanted to share these outdoor Convention photos of Genshin Impact Venti cosplay, capturing moments shot on city streets outside the anime convention hall. As a female cosplayer playing this free-spirited and poetic Anemo Archon, the whole preparation process was actually quite interesting. Venti's costume is primarily white and blue, complemented by gold and green accents. The eye-catching gold circular frame with an emerald core ornament on the chest serves as the visual centerpiece of the upper body. When crafting this costume, I paid special attention to the luster of the metal accessories, striving to present a sharp yet soft texture under natural light. The black and blue color-blocked wig with braided side pigtails adds layering and youthful boyishness, while the white flower hairpiece on top looks very translucent in the light. The massive white wings on my back cannot be overlooked either; to ensure flexible movement without feeling too heavy during Outdoor photography, I specially lightweighted the wing frame so that whether my hand brushes past my head or stretches naturally, the feathers present a natural opening and closing state.

The lighting on shooting day was fantastic, with outdoor side-backlighting striking the white clothes and wing edges, creating a subtly glowing feel. The blurred background featuring glass curtain wall skyscrapers and red-brick buildings formed a modern urban anime convention atmosphere, giving the Cosplay photography character a grounded touch of blending into real life instead. The bouquet of white lilies held in hand was an absolute prop favorite—Venti's elemental power is closely tied to wind and nature, so this bouquet not only gave my hands a posture anchor, but also added natural vitality to the overall image. Although I am female, when interpreting this male character, I preferred using a relaxed and composed demeanor to express his casual nature—for instance, gently touching the side of my head with one hand while leaning slightly to match the wings' curvature showcased both the character's youthful charm and the lines of the midriff-baring costume design. The green zigzag tattoo on the leg is a signature character feature; drawing it directly on the skin fits skin tone better than stickers, while the teal-striped over-the-knee socks cleverly contour leg shapes, making overall proportions appear more slender.

Worth mentioning in particular is that the charm of Convention photos lies in their unrepeatable nature. The blurred figures of passing pedestrians in the background, a blue shared bike parked in the corner—these elements turn this work from just a studio-bound frozen frame into feeling like the Anemo Archon strolling down the street with lilies on a weekend afternoon. Being able to perform these movements under the hot sun with giant wings in such a crowded convention space was quite a test of physical strength and crowd control—not only watching out behind to avoid bumping into people, but also maintaining natural demeanors facing strong sunlight. Fortunately, the final photos turned out very clear and bright, living up to the great weather and prepared props that day. The wings of this costume certainly took up space, requiring cautious turns every time, but seeing the moments captured by the lens made everything feel completely worth it. The Anemo element always feels light and free, and I hope this set allows everyone to feel that unconstrained, refreshing vibe even through the screen.
