[Keqing Cosplay] Genshin Impact Girly Style Bride Pose Reference Sharing

Catching the tail end of late summer, I completed this girly style bride photoshoot that perfectly fits my aesthetics, and by the way, I've put together a Cosplay pose reference guide. The photos shared today mainly aim to convey a cute yet elegant girly feeling. I think for girly-style characters like Keqing, changing into this bridal look with light wedding dress elements is highly applicable. This time, I specially recorded shooting poses both with and without props.
Regarding the arrangement of poses, I combined the shooting location of the day with the bouquet in hand and tried many different combinations. During the shoot, the photographer suggested that I make use of subtle hand movements to break the stiffness of the body. For example, the first classic pose is holding the bouquet with one hand while gently lifting the white skirt hem with the other hand, with one leg slightly raised. The biggest advantage of this pose is that it elongates the leg lines, and paired with white thigh-highs and chunky heels, it makes the figure look more slender. The position of the bouquet just happens to cover the empty space by the side of the waist, giving the overall composition more depth.
The second pose gives the feeling of holding the bouquet with both hands and offering it forward. This requires leaning forward slightly, with the eyes looking a bit downward or looking into the lens with a smile, creating a natural sense of interaction. The key to this pose is to keep the shoulders flat and not slouch due to the forward lean, while the strength of holding the bouquet with both hands should be gentle, as if you are really handing the bouquet to the other person. Combined with the blue-purple veil and hair accessories, the overall cute and playful vibe pops out instantly.
If you get tired of holding props, poses without props can look just as good. For instance, holding the bouquet in one hand or simply putting it down, and lifting the back of the other hand to make a motion of shading from the sun. This pose is very daily and natural, making excellent use of the model's own expressions and eyes to convey emotion. During the shoot, I turned my face slightly to let the outline of my hair and veil flatter my face shape. Added with the light and shadow formed by the sun shining on the long white gloves, it easily creates a bright yet slightly lazy feeling.
I also designed several poses for turning sideways to look back and standing facing forward. When turning sideways to look back, hold the bouquet with both hands at the side of the body, rotate the body slightly, and look back with your eyes. This pose beautifully showcases the transition of the waistline, the blue-purple lace details on the hem of the white short dress, and the lace cuffs of the over-the-knee socks. When standing facing forward and gently smoothing one side of the hair with one hand, it's a signature move to show a woman's gentle qualities. The moment the fingers pass through the hair strands, combined with the texture of the light tulle gloves, makes the photos look even more exquisite.
For the shoe and sock combination, I chose white high heels with a platform design and metal buckle decorations. This type of shoe has a certain heightening effect and stays consistent with the overall white tone of the dress without appearing abrupt. The matching white over-the-knee socks feature a ring of lace at the edge, preserving the girl's innocence while adding a touch of mature and elegant detail to the look. The star lace veil and hair accessories on the head perfectly echo the theme of a 'bride,' making the overall look more complete.
The outdoor portrait photography location of the day was selected in front of a white wooden fence covered with blooming pink flowers, where lush greenery and the blue sky served as a very clean and bright background. During the shoot, we kept paying attention to the changes in light, trying to make the sunlight present a soft, warm tone, which can make the facial skin tone look fair and translucent, and also make the white dress reflect light more naturally in natural light without overexposure. The overall shooting atmosphere was very relaxed, and the photographer gave me a lot of space to play freely when guiding the poses.
