The centerpiece prop was the iconic wide-brim straw hat, accented with twin domed frog eyes packed with lightweight craft clay to maintain crisp dimensional volume. Resilient high-stretch White stockings were chosen to prevent snags and friction runs while navigating the weathered wooden planks.

The midday heat was intense, exacerbated by water reflections and humidity. Layering a long-sleeve white capelet over full tights meant breaking into a sweat quickly. Sourcing pristine giant lotus leaves with trimmed stems provided natural parasols; holding them aloft required subtle shoulder tension to keep lines poised and graceful. Balancing atop the boardwalk railing with crossed legs demanded strong core stabilization—low friction between the White stockings and smooth wood required constant micro-adjustments against slipping.
