This shoot centered on blending British vintage street style with the traveler's wanderlust. To match the character's narrative, we scouted a location featuring an iconic red telephone booth and rustic stone masonry. Bringing along a wicker flower basket and vibrant sunflowers added rich color contrast to the quiet street scenes.
The shooting process took considerable physical stamina. The outfit is tailored from lightweight white sheer fabric and soft blue satin, paired with knee-high boots. Because the skirt has a generous flare, running and spinning required constant repositioning of the petticoat to ensure the dress settled naturally. The pale blonde wig was styled in advance, using hairspray to lock the frontal bangs against sudden gusts of wind.
The photographer employed continuous motion tracking and candid captures throughout the day. For the shot tossing the flower basket, we repeated the action multiple times to coordinate the light reflection, basket trajectory, and the dynamic billow of the skirt hem. Leaning out from inside the cramped red telephone booth required careful body control to keep delicate fabric edges from snagging on the doorframe while sustaining a relaxed, engaging gaze toward the lens. High-angle perspective shots holding flowers from a balcony leveraged vertical depth, while sitting on stone steps cradling sunflowers conveyed quiet tranquility. The White stockings and boots caught natural daylight cleanly to accentuate elongated leg lines, complemented by fresh, soft-pink makeup and a curious yet resolute expression authentic to Genshin Impact.
