Today's photo set completely brings Closure's engineering department routine to life before the camera. Before shooting, I deliberated extensively with photographer Nekomimiya on how best to portray this Sarkaz Cute girl from Arknights who spends her days in the Procurement Center, her mind teeming with infrastructure and machinery. We blanketed the studio floor with black cables, brought in computer chassis components, electric screwdrivers, and diverse hardware tools, framing the background with a white sofa and metallic shelves to recreate an ambiance that is both cozy and steeped in hardcore industrial realism. The outfit itself is rich in detail: the white jacket spliced with red and black embodies a sharp Techwear aesthetic, loaded with zippers, straps, and metallic buckles, with a yellow walkie-talkie hanging from the chest alongside handcrafted tool holsters strapped across the waist and legs. To align the visuals with the in-game design, I deliberately wore red calf-high socks paired with chunky black platform boots, injecting a touch of lively Sarkaz vitality into this predominantly cool-toned scene. Topping it off with tiny black horns, pointed ears, long gradient blue-black hair, and crimson contact lenses, the moment I looked in the mirror I truly felt transported straight into the roaring infrastructure central hub.

For the first shot, I sat cross-legged on the floor surrounded by drills, wire strippers, and tangled cables. Even without holding tools every second, sitting amidst the repair clutter felt remarkably organic. Resting one hand against my cheek with a bent knee, I channeled a languid yet completely capable smirk—embodying that exact nonchalance an operator should have when facing a chaotic server room. The second shot switched to a high-angle perspective, folding my hands over my knees while tilting my chin up slightly toward the lens. Because the collar and harness straps were snug, this pose demanded steady core control, yet the overhead angle brought both the subject and the scattered industrial parts into one cohesive, dynamic composition.

Throughout the shoot, I continually pondered how to make my body language match an engineer's instincts. For instance, lightly curling my fingers as they rested on my knees, as if having just tightened a bolt and not fully relaxed; my gaze toward the camera carried a deliberate mix of scrutiny and playful wit. While designed with an anime flair, the costume features crisp, clean tailoring that allowed unrestricted movement—ideal for a shoot involving crawling and crouching on the floor. The accompanying red socks not only brightened the color palette of the composition, but also unexpectedly highlighted the playful side usually hidden under her oversized jacket.

To capture that candid moment of casually grabbing the walkie-talkie right after fixing machinery, I rearranged the prop placement repeatedly. The cables sprawling across the ground appeared random, yet their flow was carefully choreographed to fill empty spaces and guide visual focus directly onto me. The tactile heft of the electric screwdriver was so authentic that it gave me the brief illusion of actually assembling heavy machinery. The photo set avoided exaggerated color filters, preserving the cool-white lighting and the raw metallic textures of the chassis and tools—a stark industrial edge whose contrast with the character herself is wonderfully captivating. From hair and makeup to prop staging, every nuance was fine-tuned to convey the interplay between hardcore tech aesthetics and everyday life in this Arknights cosplay. I hope these photos perfectly project Closure's presence as an engineering operator: not just adorable, but carrying the hardcore power of someone at home among machinery.
