[Yixing Cosplay] The chess game in Honor of Kings, guarding the peace of Chang'an

Facing the chessboard, every piece placed heralds the intertwining of destiny. When portraying Yixing, I always ponder the heaviness behind that "guardianship." To protect Chang'an, one must remain calm in the unpredictable game; even if the opponent is fickle fate or high gods, one must find their own variables. This psychological state of seeking balance amidst change is exactly what makes this character moving.

Restoring the makeup and styling was my focus. To portray Yixing's calm yet aloof temperament, I detailed the Blue hair styling and the texture of accessories. The striking blue contrasts with the pure white fluffiness of the Winter outfit, presenting a premium texture under the lens. During shooting, I focused on conveying the character's inner struggle and firmness through subtle changes in my eyes. In composition and lighting, I aimed to highlight the sense of a "fair match" in this chess game. A worthy opponent is a blessing, but the core is the sense of mission for protection. I hope this Yixing Cosplay conveys this artistic conception and brings resonance to friends who see it.
