Sharing this Honkai: Star Rail Yukong cosplay photoset. Regarding the outfit coordination, the primary color palette adopts a scheme of blue, white, and purplish-brown. The large plush beast ears and a massive fluffy long tail are the core elements for restoring this look. Paired with the black folding fan in hand, the overall intertwining sense of Xianzhou's traditional Chinese style and fantasy is perfectly constructed.

In terms of costume details, the white plush scarf at the neckline presents a naturally fluffy form under the outdoor breeze, nicely enhancing the softness of the wig. To match the character, the wig's bangs length and side layer thickness were specially adjusted, allowing the blue-green hair color to show deep and light variations under natural diffuse light. The printed pattern on the chest was treated to have an imitation embroidery texture. The curved cutout tailoring at the waist and the detached sleeves highlight the clothing's three-dimensional structure in static poses. Additionally, the golden buckles on the arm sleeves serve as a finishing touch, adding a tough metallic element to the overall soft color tone.

For the shooting scene, we chose a traditional Chinese garden with a water surface and rockeries. A natural mist was intentionally created over the water, forming a beautiful color contrast with the withered background vegetation and the cool-toned clothing. During the shoot, a large aperture was used to blur the background, making the subject stand out more. Combined with the muted gray light of the environment itself, the overall frame presents a low-saturation, ethereal, dreamlike feel, and the texture of the mist was beautifully captured by the camera.

In controlling poses and expressions, the focus was placed on the interaction with the folding fan. When closed, the fan naturally carries a scholarly and reserved feel. Whether hanging naturally at the side or gently resting against the chin, it conveys the character's unhurried pride and composure. During the shooting process, I intentionally reduced overly expressive facial emotions, maintaining focus and serenity in my gaze, to better embody the cool-toned independent impression this character leaves on me.

Beyond wide scenes, I also favor half-body compositions above the waistline. This type of framing can cut away cluttered surroundings to more clearly display facial makeup, plush hair accessories, and the detailed proportions of the chest outfit. Communication with the photographer mainly focused on capturing the body's relaxed form and the grip strength on the folding fan. The weather was a bit warm on the day of the shoot, making this costume with heavy plush elements quite a test of physical strength and endurance outdoors. However, for the sake of the final visual presentation, the physical expression still had to remain lightweight and relaxed.

I believe that character accuracy is not just about a similar appearance, but more importantly about understanding the character's behavioral logic. Although it's hard to replicate those surreal combat scenes from the Xianzhou in reality, in this kind of traditional water courtyard filled with ancient charm, static displays combined with the photographer's control over light and shadow can still give this photoset an appropriate narrative atmosphere. I hope these photos, carefully polished in detail and lighting, can convey my love for this character.
