Here are the convention hall photos of Aemeath! Honestly, bringing this look to the convention floor took a lot of courage, mostly because the weapon was so incredibly long and massive. As you can tell from the pictures, the head structure of this polearm is quite elaborate; to achieve that crystal-clear, translucent texture, the prop maker put serious thought into paint finishes and material choices. Carrying it around outside was no small feat—given its sheer scale, I had to weave carefully through crowds to avoid accidentally bumping into anyone. It carried noticeable weight as well, requiring constant readjustments of my arm muscles to keep poses looking natural and effortless.

As for the outfit, the white form-fitting combat suit boasts tailored lines with finely finished gold piping and black panel accents. My favorite element is the pink-to-blue gradient sheer fabric at the shoulders and hem: under outdoor natural light, even a gentle breeze made the streamers flutter, adding rich, airy layers to the overall silhouette. Since the suit is quite snug, I barely ate anything before the shoot to look my best on camera, which was definitely a test of endurance.

The wig and makeup were also major focus points. Long pink hair needs to look voluminous without turning into a frizzy mess, while retaining soft curls at the ends, so I spent ample time with hairspray and setting mist. The pink-and-blue halo accessory atop my head was tricky to secure, requiring heavy-duty bobby pins to stay firmly anchored without slipping while walking or posing. For makeup, I accentuated the eyes to make them look wider and brighter, paired with matching colored contacts to capture that authentic anime-style gaze.

Shooting along the streets and plazas near the venue drew plenty of glances from passersby—truly delivering that 'little taste of anime wonder' mentioned in the description. Whenever people stopped to snap pictures, I happily obliged, as breaking the fourth wall like that is always so much fun. In the bright glare of the sun, the photographer used a reflector to provide soft fill light, ensuring skin tones looked porcelain and translucent. Holding that blue-glowing massive weapon and staring straight down the lens really made me feel like I had stepped into combat mode. The white over-the-knee socks and thigh garters were another plus, visually elongating leg lines, so I intentionally chose standing stances that showcased those proportions. While convention hall photography lacks the controlled lighting of a studio, its vibrant environmental authenticity and raw, natural energy are reasons I love documenting these moments. This set captures so many highlights from the day, and I hope it shares that genuine joy with everyone.
