[Robin cosplay] Enchanting Sound Angel in Honkai: Star Rail

The texture of this black and blue Robin cosplay gown under the venue spotlights is truly special. Applied blue eyeshadow and matching color contacts, paired with a silver-blue gradient wig and the golden halo supported by wire on top, making the whole look highly recognizable. However, securing the halo overhead was somewhat tricky, requiring quite a few bobby pins to make it look naturally floating.

The highlight of the costume lies in the clash of materials. The black glossy leather waist corset on the upper body tightly cinches the waistline, while the sapphire brooch and white feather decorations on the chest serve as visual focal points, adding gorgeous layers. The sleeve design features semi-sheer black mesh flared bell sleeves with white lace edges; though pretty, they aren't very casual. The lower half combines a black glossy mini skirt with over-the-knee black tights and platform lace-up boots, balancing character aura while being relatively convenient for walking around the hall in this Black tights cosplay outfit.

The most photogenic yet physically demanding part of this outfit is the massive royal blue trailing train behind me. The lustrous satin material reflects brilliantly under cool lights; with every turn and arm raise, the skirt spreads like water ripples, offering immense visual tension. But I have to admit, dragging such a long and heavy train through a crowded convention hall really slows down walking speed, and I even stepped on my own skirt a few times.

During Cosplay photography, I prepared several matching props. The black metal birdcage contained light purple roses and white feathers, accompanied by a black lace folding fan decorated with red roses. Both the birdcage and fan were quite heavy, making me worry my arms would ache, but after a few test shots, I realized holding the fan while pairing it with leg-lifting poses highlighted the leg lines of this Black tights cosplay outfit beautifully, while expanding the contours of the lantern sleeves and skirt hem.

Today is August 12, 2026, and the indoor convention in Singapore is as bustling and crowded as ever. Surrounding passersby and fellow creator attendees were very friendly, with many coming up to inquire and interact upon seeing this look. Wearing this makeup, styling, and long wig while maintaining an upright posture without glasses all day was certainly a small test of endurance and focus. However, as a cosplayer in front of the lens, being able to do my utmost to recreate the character's aura is a deeply fun process in itself. The photographer's lighting was spot-on—cool-toned light precisely swept across the wig, sapphire, and leather cuffs without over-softening, preserving makeup details and fabric textures. These Convention photos underwent minimal post-processing, mainly preserving the scene's cool, elegant atmosphere, which I hope you can feel through this set.
