For this Aglaea shoot at Foshan Lecong Louvre, I immediately fell in love with this space featuring a vintage dome and gorgeous carpets when choosing the location. As a character from Honkai: Star Rail, her design blends classical style and elegance. Bringing this look into reality tests not only the accuracy of the costume recreation but also the control over light and shadow during the shoot. The costume actually has a lot of details: the main body is made of a white fabric with excellent drape, featuring intricate gold pattern embossing at the neckline and waist, along with the character's unique metal chest ornament and right-leg strap design. Complemented by peach-colored sleeves and gold flower embellishments, the overall color scheme doesn't look too monotonous. While the entire outfit maintains a sense of lightness, the weight of the metal accessories is actually quite substantial, requiring balance when walking in it. Fortunately, the dynamic effect of the ribbons in the final photos completely met expectations. Thanks to the precise capture by photographer NightDiva, the warm-toned indoor lighting of the Louvre perfectly matches the vibe of this outfit. Whether it's the relaxed feeling of sitting on the stairs or the action of opening arms under the grand dome, it precisely presents the divine and detached visual effect we wanted. Especially in this set, a wide-angle lens was used to combine the grandeur of the architectural structure with the delicacy of the character, beautifully enhancing the atmosphere of Aglaea's role as a 'guide.' To find the aura that best suits Aglaea in the scene, we experimented with different focal lengths and framing during the shoot. This set of photos did not undergo excessive post-processing color grading; instead, it preserves the texture and ambient light as seen by the naked eye. We hope the silk and metal textures presented under this natural lighting effect allow you to feel the elegance and mystery inherent to the character herself.
