[Elysia Cosplay] Honkai Impact 3rd Flawless Summer swimsuit Commemoration

Happy Birthday to Elysia! Catching the tail end of summer, I'm sharing this set of Summer swimsuit photos taken back then.

This photo set was shot outdoors under very intense lighting, which we utilized to create a wonderful backlit effect. The long pink hair and light blue sheer top appeared exceptionally translucent in the sunlight, lending a light, airy quality to the entire frame. To achieve the ideal result on the shooting day, we tested numerous compositions before finally settling on this seated pose looking back over the shoulder from a high platform.

Regarding the costume and styling, the pink wig was specially trimmed, and the elf ears were secured firmly to avoid slipping off. The outfit is a blue-and-white Summer swimsuit set featuring semi-sheer short sleeves with ruffled cuffs and blue ribbon bow accents on top, paired with a black-and-white ruffled pleated skirt trimmed with gold lines on the bottom. The midriff-baring waist cut paired with a black thigh ring enhanced the overall body proportions before the camera. For makeup, the eyes were highlighted using blue contact lenses paired with pink lip gloss, keeping the gaze vivid and expressive even under harsh sunlight.

For accessories, I chose a white lace headband, pink-and-white beaded bracelets, and metallic bangles. We ran into slight hiccups during the shoot: the strong outdoor wind repeatedly blew the wig bangs messy, requiring continuous restyling. To capture genuine smiles and the best perspective angles, the photographer even lay flat on the ground for multiple low-angle shots, ultimately achieving this very satisfying photo set.

While summer heat brought plenty of sweat, the authenticity of the natural environment gave these swimsuit photos a distinct vitality, avoiding heavy post-processing reliance while preserving the organic texture of lighting and makeup. In Honkai Impact 3rd, Elysia's character design is vibrant and radiant, and for this Anime cosplay recreation, I did my best to match her bright, confident persona through styling and demeanor. Celebrating her birthday like this is a deeply meaningful commemoration for both the character and the fans who love her. Organizing and sharing these shooting memories and details serves as a wonderful freeze-frame of that scorching summer.
