For this "Spring is pleasant, peach blossoms are vibrant" look, the most time-consuming part during preparation was the floral details on the headpiece and the skirt hem. To recreate that fluffy feel of layered petals, the wig underwent styling and setting for a long time, and the red, white, and gold color-blocking truly showed off its texture under the lighting.
The shooting day happened to be in the afternoon; the light from outside the window blended perfectly with the indoor fill light, completely capturing the translucent quality of the pink wig. I really love the relaxed sitting pose in the second photo, where the prop's withered branches and blooming flowers form a wonderful foreground frame, completely opening up the depth of the entire composition. Rather than simple rigid posing, I prefer each photo to clearly tell a story about the character.
Elysia's charm lies in how she always brings a light and bright atmosphere to her surroundings, so I intentionally restrained myself a bit when making facial expressions, avoiding overdoing it, and used natural smiles and gazes to convey her traits. In post-processing, the softness of the highlights was adjusted in color tones to make her look closer to a character that "belongs to spring." When putting on this anime-style outfit and sitting under the floral branches, I felt as if I were truly spending spring in another parallel universe.
