[Elysia Cosplay] The afternoon tea party of Miss Pink Fairy

Putting on this dress of Elysia, every single detail hides an understanding of the character. The pink wig was layered and trimmed so that the arc of the bangs and sideburns fits my face shape perfectly. Paired with light blue colored lenses and elf ears, it instantly captures that lightweight and agile feel. The cinched waist structure of the costume is very exquisite; the deep purple waist section is spliced with golden diamond ornaments, which, combined with the lace edges and bows of the large white cuffs, visually offers both a young girl's sweetness and a sense of gorgeousness. The heart-shaped pendant on the neck and the small black and white horns on the hair accessory are all highly accurate embellishments. During the shoot, warm soft lighting was specially selected, coordinating with a setting full of flowers, gauze curtains, and golden trims to create a fairytale-like tea party atmosphere. Holding a red apple and a cupcake in hand, the placement angles of these props were actually adjusted several times. To make the movements look more natural, sitting postures and half-body close-ups were specially selected to showcase different emotions. This set of photos overall goes down a romantic and dreamlike style; the makeup emphasized a clear, translucent look, and the lip color used a natural pinkish tone to look more vibrant. Before shooting, I also reviewed the character's original idle animations, trying my best to express that playful yet composed demeanor. Although the temperature on the shooting day was quite high, seeing the color combination and light-and-shadow texture in the final photos made me feel that everything was totally worth it. It can be considered a dedicated summary of my recent cosplay practice.
