A costume test for Emilia, starting with hairstyle tidying and accessory fastening. This long-style wig has plenty of hair volume; to restore the character's fluffy feel, I trimmed the bangs on both sides into lightweight layers, and re-secured the angles of the white rose flower and purple braided ribbons on top to prevent the center of gravity from shifting when worn on the head. For the makeup, a large area of pink-purple eyeshadow was used as a base, coordinated with eyeliner to elongate the eye shape. After putting on the blue-purple colored lenses, the focus of the gaze improved immensely compared to being bare-faced.

The neckline design features quite a few details—the white-base, purple-edged bowknot paired with a yellow flower and the green gemstone pendant underneath requires the weight of these accessories to be secured to the collar using metal clips. Today while wearing it, I adjusted the position several times before the gemstone hung perfectly in the dead center of the chest. The shoulder design is an off-the-shoulder style; to prevent it from slipping off, I tightened the shoulder straps by one loop in advance, guaranteeing higher stability when going for an outdoor shoot next week.

These makeup test photos were taken indoors straight with a mobile phone flash. Though the lighting is harsh, it is perfect for checking the frizz at the wig edges and the seam details of the clothing. For the official photoshoot, I plan to use a softbox to create a clearer contour light, bringing out the fairness of the skin and the cold temperament of the purple and white color-schemed costume to the fullest. Today was mainly to debug the wig's fit and the wearing order of the props, seeing whether the braids and hairclips would cause any continuity errors when shot from an oblique angle. The remaining small clothing accessories and elf elements will all be added during next week's official shoot, and I hope the final photos can present that ethereal sense of atmosphere.
