[Amiya cosplay] Arknights White Rabbit collaboration white studio photography

This shoot features Amiya's White Rabbit collaboration outfit from Arknights. The lighting in the white studio photography session was exceptionally clean, providing high color fidelity for the costume. What I loved most about this outfit is the blue-and-white plaid theme paired with the white ruffled apron, creating an overall very refreshing aesthetic. The White Rabbit crossbody bag is the centerpiece, so I asked the photographer for a few close-ups to showcase the finely printed design.

During the shoot, the wooden tray and the red apple served as great props. The shot of balancing on one leg while holding the red apple might look effortless, but keeping my balance was actually quite tough. With Mary Janes and white socks styling, maintaining a stable center of gravity was essential to elongate the leg lines. The pose crouching on the round platform was also unique; taking off the shoes made it feel much more relaxed, and the way the skirt flared out turned out just right.

The white studio background really made the character pop, bringing out details such as the fuzz on the ears, the texture of the blue contact lenses, and the lace on the skirt hem with crystal clarity. Amiya's vibe naturally fits this fairy-tale-inspired aesthetic. To complement the overall cute style, I adjusted various poses during the shoot, including close-ups with winks.

It was a very smooth studio experience, and seeing the finished photos confirmed that the blue-and-white palette pairs wonderfully with the white background. The entire process was all about thoughtfully using poses and props to showcase the outfit's details, including the layered lace of the skirt, twin tails, and animal ears. I hope this serves as an intuitive reference for fans of this look. For this Arknights collaboration skin recreation, the focus was placed on costume accuracy and using props to evoke the character's everyday charm. Since White Rabbit is a familiar nostalgic motif, I also aimed to capture that sense of childhood innocence.

Overall, this set is one of my favorite recent projects. A lot of effort went into the costume styling, the shoot itself was a blast, and I look forward to trying more white studio photography in this style in the future.
