[Shu cosplay] Arknights Spring Banquet Outdoor Convention Photo Returns

Outdoor photoshoot at the Guangzhou Arknights Only "Citrus Gospel" Spring Banquet—the overall lighting and venue ambiance provided fantastic shooting conditions. The afternoon sunlight was angled perfectly, so we prioritized shooting a series of backlit Convention photo frames. The first photo captured the moment with eyes closed and hands clasped while the light was just right; the light casting across the wig, elongated elf ear props, and white fur collar created a natural warm halo around the edges, which, paired with the yellow and reddish-brown palette of the costume, looked very comfortable visually. Photographer Dangao gave very professional guidance, allowing the side-backlighting not only to outline contours but also to preserve delicate facial shadow details. The second photo is a reshot physical print brought home, having a black-backdrop studio feel that showcases an open-eyed gaze straight into the lens, revealing more costume details—such as the gold horn ornaments and pink-orange plush decorations on the head, the necklace and tassels on the chest, and the dark blue abstract line patterns on the orange-yellow gloves. This costume has multiple layers; the heavy fur collar and wide reddish-brown sleeves gave it strong volume, though it was quite heavy, restricting movement and feeling a bit warm after staying outdoors for a while. However, the outdoor space at Health Ark was very spacious with clean backgrounds, requiring almost no effort to dodge crowds, making it easy to capture clean frames. The on-site atmosphere was fantastic, and fellow Arknights fans were exceptionally welcoming; receiving so many freebies made me feel genuine warmth and happiness. Many fellow fans not only traded merch but also enthusiastically discussed specific shooting angles and photoshoot insights. Organizing these preview photos to record this event experience; I will retouch the rest when I find time later.
