[Amiya cosplay] Arknights Theme Restaurant Visit: Bunnies Need to Eat on Time Too!

Taking advantage of the collaboration period, I visited this collab Theme restaurant, bringing along this self-coordinated Amiya cosplay daily look to capture this moment before the event concluded.

I'm sure many Doctors looking at this outfit will find it quite different from her classic hooded trench coat combat uniform in Arknights. In truth, deliberately choosing this casual, slightly pastoral style was mainly tailored to the dining ambiance of this Theme restaurant; sitting here eating pizza and fried chicken in heavy combat gear would feel a bit out of place. This self-coordinated ensemble featuring a white shirt and a light green plaid vest incorporates layered ruffles and lace trim along the neckline and cuffs, complemented by colorful little floral embroideries across the chest, creating an exceptionally soft and lovely visual appeal.

In terms of accessories, the highlight is undoubtedly the pair of giant rabbit ears on top, lined with soft pale pink plush inside—very iconic to Amiya. To ensure the Bunny ear outfit stayed flawless for photos, multiple hairpins were concealed to anchor them firmly in place. The oversized blue bow on the side is another key element, contrasting beautifully with the long brown hair. Furthermore, to emphasize the completeness of this styling, I coordinated blue decorative rings and matching nail polish on my fingers; though subtle, these small details tied the whole look together.

The shooting process turned into a delightful mukbang session. As the setting mainly featured indoor red brick walls and booth seating, the lighting was soft and gentle on the eyes. The photographer snapped numerous candid moments of me enjoying the food—such as biting into pizza in Photos 1 and 7, or resting my chin on one hand lost in thought in Photo 3. Special mention goes to the collaboration props on the table: the blue printed placemats, lottery scratch tickets featuring character cards, and matching beverage cups served as wonderfully natural set props. For instance, holding a blue-bordered card like an aiming lens in Photo 4, or fanning out several collab cards in Photo 5, these little interactions infused the photos with genuine slice-of-life warmth.

Photos 8 and 9 are my favorite full-body shots: the green polka-dot stockings and black chunky leather shoes, paired with a playful one-legged pose, brought out a charming vintage collegiate vibe. While not the combat-ready Amiya from Arknights, this relaxed, leisurely state feels right at home with her downtime daily life at Rhodes Island.

Honestly, before doing this Amiya cosplay, I felt a bit apprehensive, constantly worrying whether I could pull it off properly, so I even included an OOC apology before posting. But judging from the actual photoshoot results, as long as you put your heart into capturing a genuine facet of the character—even in an alternative clothing style—conveying her unique charm is all that matters. After all, combining gourmet food with cosplay is inherently a delightful way to document life. Before this collaboration ends, leaving my footprint in this cozy corner filled with Rhodes Island elements put a sweet and charming period on this chapter of my Casual cosplay journey.
