[Amiya cosplay] Arknights Blue and White Plaid Bunny Ears Theme Shooting

This derivative Anime-style fashion of Amiya is mainly based on blue and white plaid as a whole. The inner layer is a long-sleeved dress, with white splicing and red piping treatment at the collar and cuffs, and the bow tie is also made of the same plaid fabric. Covered on the outside is a white lace apron; the apron's design is very clever, featuring accordion pleats on the chest, two red bars sewn on the pockets, and a circle of white small rabbit outlines printed along the skirt hem edge, which just echoes the pair of plush Bunny ears on the head. The wig was chosen as a basic style of brown short choppy hair with blunt bangs in the front, tied into low twin-tails with blue bows on both sides. The Bunny ears on top of the head are made of biomimetic plush material with a pink gradient on the inner ears, having almost no heavy feeling when worn, and can be photographed with a three-dimensional effect by slightly adjusting the angle.

The shoot was arranged in a pure white studio, which can maximize the highlighting of the clothes' blue-and-white color scheme. For the set design, a black leather single-person sofa and a red iron shipping container-shaped cabinet were prepared. A vintage red rotary telephone was placed on the cabinet, along with a few boxes of cup noodles and a game controller as everyday-style embellishments. The floor was covered with a white plush carpet, and the overall color contrast was strong, with red and blue forming a collision of warm and cool tones. During the shooting process, the character Amiya herself carries a bit of a rabbit's agility, so the makeup chose bright blue contact lenses to unify the color tone, the blush was applied relatively translucent, and the lips used a low-saturation glossy lip tint. The wig sideburns were trimmed to fit the face shape, while appearing very smooth in texture under the lighting.

In terms of light and shadow, the main light used a large softbox from the front-upper position to illuminate the face, ensuring that the catchlights were clear enough while retaining the plush texture of the Bunny ears. A rim light was hit on the background to prevent the hair and clothing edges from completely blending into the white background. Regarding shooting poses, when standing, hands on hips with a straight back could support the fluffiness of the skirt hem. When sitting on the sofa, leaning the body slightly, blocking part of the frame with a white pillow, or holding a snack bag with both hands with legs hanging naturally, could showcase the multi-layered lace structure of the skirt hem very well. The photo of sitting kneeling on the carpet hugging snacks showed more of the character's everyday and playful side. To prevent the frame from looking too monotonous, I added some snack and instant noodle elements to the scene, and specially prepared a white pillow printed with a rabbit pattern. The entire shooting process went very smoothly. This outfit has a huge number of details, especially the lace edges of the apron and skirt hem, which needed to be rearranged after every action adjustment, but the texture of the final photos was very satisfying. After finishing work, carefully removing the Bunny ears and wig, and organizing the costume accessories, the styling layers of this outfit are indeed rich, and I look forward to trying natural light shooting outdoors next time.
