[Dyadia cosplay] Honor of Kings: Dyadia Default Skin Try-On & Cosplay costume review

I tried on this default Dyadia costume several times after it arrived, and took advantage of today's great lighting to snap a few photos for this Cosplay costume review. Many mentioned that the collector's version from Bear Studio isn't very cinched at the waist, so I deliberately checked the size chart and sized down by one. Once worn, it turned out surprisingly well-fitted—the waist tailoring clearly shows through without draping like a shapeless tube dress. However, there is a notable drawback: the pauldrons are far too long, partially obstructing the waistline in photos, meaning I often had to shrug my shoulders back to find an angle where the waist is visible. In terms of texture and quality, it is indeed much better than Chu Qin's version; the fabric is thicker and more structured, the lighting highlights on the red fabric look gorgeous, and the gold patterned stitching is very clean and crisp. Yet the flaws are also quite straightforward: the cone horn headpieces on top are a bit flat and fail to hold a crisp 3D shape; and the chest accessories fall off easily with slight movement, meaning they have to be handled with extreme care, so I hesitated to make big poses during photos and could only carefully adjust the mirror angle with my phone. Since the sleeves are very wide, they easily block the phone lens; while flowing gracefully when moving, they tend to catch on the arms. Paired as a White thigh-highs outfit with white tights and those white high heels with red soles, the visual proportions are significantly elongated; although the heels are chunky, standing in them for a long time still takes a toll. Putting on and taking off the collar and shoulder armor is rather complicated, so taking them off mid-shoot isn't recommended as readjusting them wastes a lot of time. As for the back strap design, the fit is decent and won't easily slip down. Apart from these points, there are virtually no other flaws with this Anime-style fashion garment. For cosplayers looking to get this, sizing down by one is recommended if you aim for a slimming silhouette. Reinforcing the chest accessories with thread beforehand is safer, allowing you to move around more freely with peace of mind during outdoor shoots or conventions.
