[Amiya cosplay] Arknights Formal Outfit Look: A Texture Record Under Outdoor Light and Shadow - Image 2

This Arknights Amiya formal outfit combination was finally successfully shot thanks to the great weather. Regarding this look, I chose a dark-colored multi-layered ruffled black dress, paired with puffy puff sleeves and a choker with small rivet details. The overall style leans toward a semi-formal outfit with a touch of Gothic elements.

The plush long rabbit ears on top of the head, combined with my clean natural hair color, maintain a crisp visual effect. To break the limitation of an all-black look, the bright blue strap tied around the ankle becomes the visual anchor of this outfit, and it unexpectedly forms a perfect interaction and echo with the blue leash on the plush rabbit in my arms.

Between the classical architecture and Roman columns of the outdoor photography location, the light was very bright. In the first picture, the pose of holding the skirt hem with both hands nicely utilizes the radial pleats of the skirt to form a diagonal balance with the vertical columns in the composition, making the frame look both dynamic and elegant. In the second sitting pose, I intentionally placed the instrument case flat on the steps beside me, which, combined with the relaxed action of holding the plush toy in both hands, added a soft, everyday vibe to the originally somewhat sharp black dress. The light during the shoot was harsh, but this happened to help us strengthen the rim light, presenting excellent layers in the luster of the skirt edges and legs. Judging from the blurred bokeh of the background trees, under the effect of a large aperture and shallow depth of field, the foreground character and props are beautifully set off, and the light and shadow contrast between the skin and the black fabric is also handled properly.

In terms of building the details, the flatness of the bow tie, the vertical strap decorations on the clothes, and the thick-soled lace-up leather shoes worn with this outfit all aim to stay close to the character's temperament, presenting a cool but focused state. The prop arrangement was also very interesting; I was originally worried that the violin case and the plush rabbit would look cluttered in the frame, but because they were placed at a moderate height on the stairs, they didn't steal the spotlight but instead became structural elements that added to the storytelling. From ironing the costume to adjusting the accessories, and then to the positioning during the outdoor shoot, the whole process was very fulfilling. I tried my best to keep my expression relaxed in front of the lens, striving to find a delicate balance between the hard black dress and the soft plush accessories. The feedback on texture under the light and shadow also reached expected levels, and I am very satisfied with the final photos of this anime cosplay.
