The convention photos from Star Comic Summer Festival are finally retouched! I brought three different character looks this time, and special thanks go out to photographer He for the shoot. In a densely packed hall like Firefly Comic Con, capturing clean backgrounds and crisp lighting was no easy feat.
First up, featured on the cover and the first two shots, is Bianca from Path to Nowhere. I fell in love with her 'Coconut Bianca' skin the moment it was announced. To channel that sugary sweetness, the costume was crafted from lustrous satin, accented with red-and-white gingham puff sleeves and cascading ruffled trims that gave off a glorious sheen under the lights. The white horns paired with pink blossoms and pink-streaked highlights in the wig were the core focal points. Styling the wig took considerable effort—building airy volume and distinct layers required heavy hairspray to secure the bangs before heading out. For makeup, soft pink eye shadow and prominent blush paired with large-diameter circle lenses amplified her innocent allure. The skirt was paired with sheer white Stockings; though dodging snags in convention crowds was nerve-wracking, it completed the visual silhouette seamlessly. Photo 3 captures a candid reaching-hand gesture snapped by the photographer, conveying natural eye contact and warmth.
Photos 4 and 5 showcase Eirene's 'Infinity' skin from Path to Nowhere in a cool blue-and-white palette. Vibrant red contact lenses and sharper eye makeup matched the tailored silver metallic chest emblems and high-neck collar, while the prop bow added striking dynamic lines. The final photo features Lumine cosplay from Genshin Impact by the night fountain—a lighter silhouette with white ruffled hems, cyan piping, and gold embellishments. Front flash on-location preserved vibrant textile hues and fine textures across all three looks, making this multi-cosplay marathon an incredibly rewarding convention showcase.
