This time for the Convention photos at the Ziyu Anime Convention, I put on this classic Reimu Hakurei Cosplay look. The red and white shrine maiden color scheme combined with the design of the large sleeves makes it look very flowing and elegant when walking around. To closely match the character's temperament, the makeup specially incorporated orange-toned eyeshadow and a red-eye effect.

The Gohei in my hand and the headwear are both handmade with added details, and the texture turned out much better than expected in the photos. The lighting at the convention venue was actually quite chaotic, but Master Wakaba found the camera position very accurately, perfectly capturing both the full expansion of the sleeves and the layered depth of the props. I had practiced Reimu's slightly lazy yet confident demeanor many times before, and I managed to catch a bit of that vibe in the final shots this time.

There are many characters in the Touhou Project series, but Reimu Hakurei has a truly unique aura. I've always loved her personality—being a bit casual and carefree in daily life, yet absolutely dependable when facing incidents. I am quite satisfied with my overall condition this time, including the movements, expressions, and the neatness of the costume. The post-processing wasn't over-smoothed either, preserving the sharp, realistic texture that convention snapshot photos should have for this piece of Anime cosplay. I hope this set of photos makes people feel that this red and white shrine maiden really slipped out of Gensokyo to visit the convention.
