On an outdoor street bench at night, wearing this blue guide uniform, the combination of red and white flowers with bear ears makes the overall look feel much more approachable.

This shoot was actually quite challenging. Although the original uniform design is sleek and professional, capturing the character's signature in-game languidness—that feeling of wanting to sneak a nap anytime—required not only meticulous hair trimming but also seamless integration of poses and expressions with the scene. The tailored fit of this outfit was the most demanding aspect; the dark blue jacket used structured fabric to give the shoulder lines a sharper silhouette, while the red necktie and chest walkie-talkie were crucial key details for a polished, professional look.

The iconic red hexagonal headpiece is very unique, visually balancing the heavy tone of the dark uniform. For details, I specifically prepared a walkie-talkie, red bow, white etiquette gloves, and the red flag used for guiding. During the shoot, I intentionally took off my black glossy Mary Jane shoes and placed them on the ground beside the bench, adding narrative depth to suggest she is in a relaxed, sleepy state.

Today, we picked a quiet commercial street at night for the shoot. The red metal slatted bench subtly echoed the red props in my hands. The photographer alternated between wide-angle and standard focal lengths to capture the street environment while framing close-up details. The reddish-brown pavement tiles and warm storefront lights imbued the overall visuals with a tranquil mood.

To capture her drowsy and slightly dazed personality, I experimented with relaxed postures like sitting, kneeling, and leaning. Wearing black stockings meant controlling leg lines precisely while posing on the bench; standing stiffly would ruin the effortless vibe. Dangling one leg or crossing them helped extend the visual focus, beautifully showcasing the sheen and texture of the stockings at various angles.

Despite shooting late at night, atmospheric fill lighting was essential. It needed to keep facial contours sharp without casting heavy shadows on the body, preventing the dark blue uniform from looking dull. The final result harmonized the dark blue uniform with the vibrant red bench and headpiece under ambient lighting, while the semi-translucent texture of the black stockings was beautifully outlined.

Pedestrians passing by occasionally paused to watch, adding an authentic touch of real-life flavor to the shoot. To me, this was more than a picture-taking session—it felt like briefly stepping into another dimension under the night sky. Whenever I do a cosplay featuring professional uniform elements, I carefully verify shoulder badges, scarves, hats, and accessories in advance to faithfully recreate the character's original style.

Thorough preparation makes shooting much more efficient. Although I can't be a train guide in real life, capturing a slice of that world through Anime-style photography feels deeply meaningful. From planning to execution, this project took about two weeks of preparation, carefully tailoring costume accessories and styling the wig. Unwinding on the street accompanied by a cool night breeze brought genuine moments of sleepiness. Seeing the final photos made every meticulous detail worthwhile. I hope this subtle languid vibe reaches everyone through these images.
