The convention photos for the Hangzhou Dreamland Anime Convention have finally been compiled. I truly captured so many wonderful moments at the venue of the 7th Hangzhou Dreamland Anime Convention. This time, a total of six different styling looks were recorded. The venue's lighting conditions were remarkably ideal—photographers captured many dynamic moments and utilized the ample overhead convention lighting for fill, making the overall image texture much more 3D and refined.

First, let's talk about this blue short-haired Military and police style cosplay look. The denim shorts paired with black-and-white striped over-the-knee socks create a great sense of leg elongation. Accessories were paired with metal handcuffs, a hat, and black platform ankle boots, giving off a cute yet slightly rebellious vibe. Walking around the anime convention in these shorts was actually very comfortable without being overly restrictive, allowing smooth movement and coordination with photographers. I also carefully adjusted the placement of black straps and belt buckles on my body several times to ensure they didn't shift during motion.

Personally, I really like the shot of the blonde military/police uniform look paired with a wide-brimmed cap. The white crop top, green crossbody ammo belt, dark miniskirt, and black patent leather high-heeled boots created strong visual impact. Because the jacket was sleek without excessive clutter, I could expand my range of physical poses during shooting. These photos faithfully captured the character's sharp demeanor, with leg lines well-rendered through boots and sheer mesh stockings. This outfit drew the eyes of many photographers on convention day, and we shared great tacit synergy in capturing light and shadow—especially as I walked through the hall, where the sound of patent leather boots striking the floor helped me dive deeper into character roleplay.

Aside from these two street and tactical styles, I also tried a very soft Lolita style this time. Layered light-purple ruffles, bow knots, various lace trims, and a headpiece set with a massive purple gem created a dreamy ambiance. The hair was styled into brown pigtails, which felt elegant paired with white lace gloves. When shooting this set, I adjusted my stance to let the skirt hem drape naturally, which under soft lighting conveyed a texture completely different from the previous cool, handsome styles, offering richer layering.

Of course, there was a high-budget production at the venue: this mage outfit with purple hair and a white gown. It featured massive purple dragon wings mounted on the back, holding a purple long-handled staff in hand, with flying butterfly special effects added to the photos. Although carrying such a giant prop at the venue was physically exhausting, the final image output was immensely striking. The metallic shine of the wings matched the purple color scheme perfectly, building a powerful fantasy atmosphere. Considerable thought went into color coordination for this look, maintaining high color consistency across hair, garments, and props.

In addition, I tried a maid outfit with blue hair, fluffy animal ears, and a tail. Black-and-white lace is a classic Lolita variation; pairing aqua-blue short hair with animal-ear elements added cuteness and approachability to the overall image. During snapshots, leaning my body slightly and gently lifting the skirt hem highlighted the dress's fluffiness, which, combined with white over-the-knee socks and black leather shoes, gave off a youthful, sweet feel.

Another favorite of mine was a white-and-gold deity-style look. The radiating starburst headpiece was extremely eye-catching, while the off-the-shoulder white gown trimmed in gold appeared solemn and majestic. Blue sleeves and golden ankle boots added vibrant color contrast. Standing while tidying the outfit or raising a hand slightly captured this sense of magnificence flawlessly.

The venue for the Hangzhou Dreamland Anime Convention was spacious, with reasonable traffic flow designs for vendors and visitors—making the environment much better than expected and the shooting process very smooth. Every outfit took substantial effort from initial design to on-site fittings and adjustments; I felt truly fortunate to meet photographers willing to take the time to refine every detail. The experience accumulated over seven editions of Dreamland Anime Convention made overall venue control much more mature. Presenting cosplay in such a vibrant atmosphere was a genuinely joyful experience, and I hope future conventions continue to grow even better, providing cosplayers with an even greater platform for display.
