I checked into the offline scene of the Genshin Impact and Universal Studios collaboration, specifically putting on this complete Citlali outfit. This pink and purple two-toned long hair really tests the styling technique of the wig. To recreate that iconic geometric mark in the center of her forehead, I chose highlights and shadows that blend well with my skin tone for the makeup, pairing them with the tones of the eyebrows and eyes to make my overall facial features look more three-dimensional. The gem pendant at the collar underwent multiple layers of processing, and the deep purple halter top and waist-baring design beautifully show off body proportions during the location shoot. Since I've arrived at the tavern, how could I miss out on a tropical-style special blend drink? Under the enhancement of the light and shadow inside the shop, a relatively relaxed and playful expression was captured.

In the full-body look, those golden hoop accessories on the wrists and the deep blue half-finger gloves are also vital details for enhancing character recognition. To ensure the photos have excellent quality, I specifically studied the character's setting and personality before the shoot, making every effort to match her dynamic agility in the action design rather than just posing rigidly. I took a few full-body photos by the outdoor pool scenery. The setup of the Genshin Impact scene is truly dedicated; the combination of blue flowing water and ambient lights around the plants creates an excellent sense of game immersion. Putting on the event-exclusive visitor badge made it feel as though I truly stepped into an offline adventure.

For this shoot, I leaned more towards lifelike interactions, such as raising the special blend drink in my hand or naturally winking at the camera. It's not just about showcasing the character's cute side, but also wanting the audience to feel the character's vibrant vitality. Regarding the fabric choice for this costume, the sleeves and waist cincher used slightly elastic matte fabric with piped edges, maintaining the crisp silhouette of the clothing even after walking outdoors all day. As for the braiding, I intentionally secured the roots of the braids loosely to let the hair curves look softer and more natural under the lighting when paired with the headpiece.

Being inside such a meticulously arranged scene, there is no need to intentionally force poses; raising a glass, turning sideways, or casually making a gesture can all create interesting chemical reactions with the environment. I believe that recreating a character is not just about having the outfit on point, but grasping the expressions and subtle movements is equally important. Throughout the entire set of photos, I tried to capture more relaxed and casual moments. Whether it's a close-up under the indoor warm yellow lighting or a full-body shot next to the cool-toned outdoor fountain, the styling displays different charms under each type of light.

The actual experience of this offline anime convention check-in far exceeded expectations; it's not just a reproduction of scenes, but a unique experience of breaking the fourth wall. Being able to take photos with a look I prepared wholeheartedly in such an immersive environment makes anyone who loves this character incredibly happy. After the shoot wrapped up, I harvested many satisfying frames. This process of bringing game fantasy into reality is itself a unique joyful experience.
