When designing the set for this Denia Cosplay photoshoot, the core idea was to use tender pink tones to create an atmosphere that carries a touch of playfulness alongside a cool, rebellious vibe. Early in the hair and makeup styling, it was established that pink would be the base tone, supplemented by black and white color-blocking to add visual layering.

Let's talk about the outfit's detailed design first. This costume puts significant effort into layering and material contrasts. The upper body features an off-the-shoulder cut, where large areas of white fur trims around the collar and shoulders not only add visual fullness, but also form a classic contrast with the black straps below. A black-and-blue thick choker paired with metallic ornaments and pendant chains enriches the collar area details, avoiding blankness caused by large white blocks. The lower skirt features spliced colorways: the outer layer is light pink with ruffled pleats and long pink tassels that create lovely dynamic effects when moving; the inner dark blue-black skirt adds a touch of stability to the lightweight look.

To avoid an empty frame, I held a pink plush rabbit with red ears, placing a wooden tray and exquisite small tea set nearby. This Anime-style fashion paired with everyday props brought lively realism to the ensemble. To enhance ease, I tied black ribbon bows around my ankles, using small pink inflatable balls as footrests for seated poses.

For poses and expressions, I varied them across different shots. One shot captured a side-profile look back at the camera with a calm and cool expression; another showed me sitting upright with feet resting on pink leather balls while hugging plush toys for a relaxed, lazy vibe; another featured holding a pink fan with an index finger against lips for playful interaction. Shooting Pink-themed cosplay requiring dynamic capturing tests balance—especially standing or stepping barefoot on exercise balls, where every second demands focused limb control to prevent slipping.

Lighting utilized soft illumination with warm ambient tones, highlighting the texture of the pink-and-white costume alongside macaron-colored props.
