For overall tonal harmony, I chose clear light-blue contact lenses, with subtle blue-gray eyeshadow as a base to keep the makeup looking clean. With bangs covering the eyebrows, application was even easier, relying on eyeliner and false eyelashes to sculpt facial dimension. This makeup looked striking in front of the camera, turning out great even before retouching.
Prop styling was another highlight. The yellow plush doll picked up casually at the convention unexpectedly matched this blue-and-white outfit, adding a touch of playfulness. The blue floral accessories on the skirt hem are magnetically attached, making them easy to detach and adjust.
Lighting on the day was somewhat complex with mixed overhead and side lights, yet the white lace remained clean and crisp, reflecting warm-toned light with rich texture.
Lastly, the comfort of the leg warmers deserves special mention. Gartered socks often leave painful marks, but the superior elasticity and soft stitched edges here didn't pinch the ankles or calves even after a full day.
The gemstone necklace across the chest serves as the finest accent over the fabric, with strong sapphire translucency.
