A lot of details were considered when preparing this Asuma Toki outfit, especially the dark blue high-cut bodysuit and the hefty exoskeleton armor on the left leg. The choice of clothing material required both elasticity and breathability to ensure a snug fit and comfort during long shoots. Although the black-and-white color-blocked mechanical arm sleeves and leg armor accessories have some weight, it is precisely this armored look that gives the overall aesthetic a stronger visual impact.

As a core element in capturing the character's vibe, the glowing holographic halo above the head was completed through post-production. The on-site shoot mainly relied on the high-tech goggles and short blonde hair to anchor the character features. The blue light panel on the goggles provided great eye catchlights even in low-light environments.

A real server room environment was specially chosen as the shooting location. The cluttered thick black cables crisscrossing in the background formed a stark cold-toned contrast with the metal server cabinets on the right, which were lit with white LED light strips. An old CRT monitor served as a crucial nostalgic prop in the setup. The static noise and green ECG waves covering its screen synced perfectly with the character's digital sci-fi concept.

Regarding lighting, to highlight the texture of this techwear outfit, the photography team used harsh side lighting to outline the character's silhouette. In particular, the reflective details on the glossy white thigh-high stockings and the exoskeleton armor required precise control; if the light was too soft in such a dark environment, it would easily lose depth. The optimal balance could only be found by constantly adjusting the light source's angle and distance. Metal mesh, black cables, and cold glowing screens combined to weave a sense of digital secrecy.

When posing, I also considered many details regarding standing and defensive stances. The single-leg supported stance not only needed to convey the character's sharpness, but also ensured the visual center of gravity for the leg armor and white high-heeled stockings didn't shift, avoiding any illusion of unbalanced proportions. Meanwhile, hand movements were kept subdued to complement the overall mechanical aesthetic with restrained and cool body language. The photographer repeatedly emphasized keeping the neck and shoulders relaxed. Since the bodysuit had a high collar, presenting a natural and relaxed look on camera required constant micro-adjustments of shoulder height and head tilt.

To match the character setting, expression management during the shoot leaned toward a cool demeanor—avoiding overly rich facial expressions while conveying a focused data-processing atmosphere through gaze and goggle placement. The CRT monitor screen behind also had reflections, requiring careful attention to avoid catching unwanted shadows or personnel in the frame. The cables piled on the floor needed to convey chaotic texture without ruining the composition's balance, requiring extra caution while moving around to avoid stepping on or tripping over them.

In post-processing, besides moderate optimizations to skin texture, adjustments focused on the light-dark contrast of device glow effects, seamlessly integrating the goggles and halo effects into the ambient lighting without looking unnatural. Bringing 2D characters into real-world settings is a style I've always loved exploring in my cosplay creations—combining virtual tech elements with real photography aesthetics to create immersive, atmospheric works.

Although the server room was quite hot and stuffy, completing this scene build with this equipment yielded a visually satisfying result. Content that relies heavily on environment atmosphere and garment texture truly requires refining countless subtle details to ensure the final image matches expectations.
