[Misaki cosplay] Fuzzy home vibes, Blue Archive's Misaki makes her debut

This time cosplaying Blue Archive's Misaki, I chose a fuzzy outfit with a strong winter home feel. To make the character look more textured, I put a lot of thought into the preliminary preparations. First is the makeup, using bright blue contact lenses, paired with pinkish eyeshadow and a large area of blush, and a lip gloss with a strong watery feel for the lips, hoping to present that slightly lazy yet cute state. As for the wig, black long straight hair with blunt bangs is the foundation. To prevent the hair from sticking to the cheeks and looking stiff, I specially picked out a few stray strands at the sideburns to style, and adding this hoodie with fuzzy ears and a light blue bow gave the overall styling a very high completion.
The layering of the costume was also a focus of this shoot. Inside is a white sleeveless high-neck knit sweater dress, with a light blue bow as an accent on the chest, and hollow-out designs on the sides. To echo the neckline, fuzzy decorations were also worn on the wrists. For the lower body, I paired it with white stockings leg warmers. This white stockings material slouch socks not only flatters the leg shape, but also visually blends with the white skirt, keeping the overall tone unified while adding some layering. The shooting scene was chosen indoors, utilizing natural light falling on white bedsheets, with a wooden coat rack, some scattered manga magazines, and a few small fuzzy bears placed nearby as props.
During the shoot, I tried my best to relax. The first photo is sitting cross-legged with hands crossed; this pose actually tests the support of the waist and back. To make the body lines look less stiff, I slightly pulled in my abdomen and lowered my shoulders. In the photo hugging a white pillow, I tried resting my head on the pillow, increasing the comfort of the figure in the frame through the action of hugging the pillow tightly. The one holding the letter paper required controlling hand movements to avoid overexerting due to nervousness, while keeping the gaze focused on the letter paper and maintaining concentration. Finally, in the photo holding the beige little bear, I chose to hold the bear's armpits with both hands, lifting it in front of my chest, leaning my body back slightly, with a hint of a natural smile at the corners of my mouth.
This fuzzy textured white stockings styling can easily look bulky during shooting, so angles and lighting are particularly important. I tried my best to avoid flat lighting and utilized light from the side window to outline the character's edges. Throughout the shoot, although it was a bit stuffy due to the clothing, seeing the fuzzy Misaki in the finished photos made me feel that it completely achieved the expected effect. This set of pictures carries a bit of a home feel while retaining my understanding of the character's temperament, and I hope everyone will like this style of presentation.
