[Jeanne d'Arc (Alter) cosplay] Fate/Grand Order, The Witch of Vengeance

This long-awaited shoot brought me straight back to the character of Jeanne d'Arc (Alter). It's been a long time since I shot a look that required such a sense of power. Fortunately, I worked with a female photographer this time; communication was effortless, and she deeply understood how to capture sensuality from a female perspective. When wearing this purple glossy dress, the material's natural sheen demanded precise lighting. The female photographer constantly adjusted the ratio of top light to side-backlight, perfectly blending the texture of the purple skirt with the silver-white wig. The red rose decoration at the sword's hilt and the red rose on my head created striking visual focal points. The female photographer was exceptionally professional in controlling details during the shoot, even thoughtfully reminding me to adjust the position of the red string choker. I am most satisfied with the sitting poses; to showcase the lines of the black over-the-knee socks and purple stiletto heels, we tried numerous leg placement angles and fine-tuned the direction of the toes to achieve the best visual elongation on the reflective floor. The whole process was smooth and natural. The female photographer never rushed me; instead, she guided my emotions through casual conversation while shooting, naturally drawing out that oppressive, cold, and glamorous gaze. Facing the massive sword prop, even though my arms ached from holding it for so long, the female photographer always found my absolute best state to press the shutter, never wasting a drop of emotion. Having not taken photos for ages, I was initially worried about looking stiff, but the female photographer's approachable nature and professionalism completely dispelled those concerns. She understands the camera lens, and she understands a cosplayer's physical limits even better. During consecutive leg and facial close-ups, she always provided rest breaks at just the right times, then captured the truest magic during my relaxed moments. As a witch of vengeance, red roses, black stockings and high heels, and a longsword are the iconic combination. When the light and shadow made the purple skirt shine brilliantly, the character's innate charm naturally radiated. This shoot wasn't just about recreating a character; it was a reset for my physical and mental state. I'm incredibly fortunate to have captured the Jeanne d'Arc (Alter) in my eyes so perfectly with the help of a female photographer, leaving behind this set of photos full of dynamic tension.
