[Remilia cosplay] The Night Queen of the Scarlet Devil Mansion: The Scarlet Moon in Eternal Night

This time, I'm cosplaying Remilia from Touhou Project, who is the familiar Mistress of the Scarlet Devil Mansion to everyone. A lot of thought went into the details of this costume, especially the pearl chain on the collar and the dark red ribbon on the chest. Paired with layered white tulle and rose decorations, it presents a gorgeous yet slightly dark Gothic feel overall. The wig was chosen in a cool ice blue, styled with a curling iron for a fluffy curve. Combined with her signature scarlet colored contacts—perfectly bringing out the characteristic blue hair, red eyes look—I tried to recreate her proud yet somewhat childish demeanor.

The background was set in a solid dark-toned space, using geometric frames on both sides to create depth while letting the light source shine from right in front. This highlights the features and fabric texture, and the ruffled mob cap on my head looks very layered under the light. Holding the white rose and black wings props was intended to emphasize her classical elegance for this Vampire cosplay, but I deliberately let my gaze wander a bit to add a few more touches of serenity to the scene. During the shoot, we actually ran into quite a few minor hiccups, like the feathers messing up easily and the ribbons constantly slipping off, but I'm quite satisfied with the final photos. Although characters from the Touhou series have a long history, every re-interpretation brings out a unique charm. I hope this picture can convey Remilia's quiet majesty and cuteness.
