Sharing a set of finished cosplay photos of Pozëmka's 'Beside the passing dream' skin from Arknights. The moment I received this costume, the character's distinct features were immediately apparent. Long pink hair paired with oversized white animal ears, along with red eye makeup and contact lenses, made the gaze look truly unique. The outfit is crafted from a glossy light-blue fabric with wonderful texture, adorned with golden embroidery and frog closures on the chest; combined with the waist-baring design, it beautifully elongated the silhouette. The pearl necklace and matching tassels were equally exquisite.

Before shooting, the photographer and I had extensive discussions, mainly wanting to convey the poetic mood of solitary reflection by a spring window with ink and brush, where the mortal realm drifts away. The set was deliberately chosen in a traditional tea room featuring wooden lattice screens, warm lanterns, and sprawling branches of pink cherry blossoms. These hues harmonized seamlessly with the blue-and-pink palette of the attire. During the shoot, I explored varied stances to complement the costume, makeup, and props. We began with a purple oil-paper umbrella, adjusting its tilt angle and the direction of my face so the light and shadow fell across my features just right. Later, we switched to a calligraphy brush and thread-bound books to evoke an elegant, tranquil mood. These postures demanded careful control over the eyes and relaxed facial muscles to channel that languid yet subtly aloof presence.

The most classic shots are likely the ones cradling blossoms—holding cherry blossoms with both hands while gently lowering the head and looking up, which accentuated the lower half of the face and the jawline. The photographer subsequently adjusted the camera angle to capture this dimensional perspective. The makeup for this skin leaned heavily toward the character in both eyeshadow and blush; pink contact lenses paired with false eyelashes popped strikingly on camera. The wig was styled in gradient pink curls, taking considerable effort around the ear placement to keep profile shots looking full and sculpted.

In post-processing, natural skin texture was preserved. Working with studio light sources, the color grading leaned toward soft pinkish-purples and clear blues, while cherry blossoms and wood grains in the background were rendered cleanly. The entire set carries a cohesive narrative, with eye contact and posing executed precisely.

The process of Anime-style photography always brings delightful surprises. This shoot owed much to photographer Gu Yanyi's attentive guidance, helping me discover many flattering angles. As an archive of my anime lifestyle, this work documents many cherished nuances, and I am very pleased with the final outcome. That wraps up the share for this set—I hope these images convey the character's ethereal serenity.
