[Texas the Omertosa cosplay] Arknights Bar Nocturne: Immersive Penguin Logistics Recreation

I finally brought this Texas the Omertosa photoshoot to life! I had always dreamed of capturing this tactical style wrapped in vintage bar-style photography vibes, so the second I stepped into this practical set, I knew it was meant for her. To embody that blend of stoic coolness and nonchalant ease, considerable effort went into pre-production styling. The wig was specifically chosen in a dark blue-gray gradient, with the animal ears atop my head and the massive tail behind me textured for natural, airy fur grain rather than a stiff look.

Garment textures were something I cared about deeply. The white shirt was tailored from fabric with slight crisp structure, creating a vivid contrast against the black vest and electric-blue neck scarf. The tactical leather belt and multi-tiered pouches around the waist served as the ensemble's heart; I spent substantial time adjusting their fit to ensure movements wouldn't appear bulky. On the lower half, sheer black stockings were paired with tall white boots—a black-and-white clash that popped gorgeously under the bar's warm ambient glow. The bright blue fingerless gloves added another exquisite detail, looking wonderfully striking while gripping the glass or sword.

Regarding props, the greatsword carried far more heft than anticipated; keeping it steady required constant wrist leverage, but seeing the immense visual punch in the final shots made it entirely worth it. During the shoot, photographer @Baiyou Xiao Xingtong 📸 showed brilliant eye for angles, directing me to recline against the leather sofa or perch beside the round table lifting a whiskey glass filled with ice cubes. To capture that effortlessly dangerous charm, I also explored poses biting a cigarette holder with legs crossed casually across the couch.

The vintage telephone, brass decanters, and liquor cabinets in the background infused the set with rich atmosphere. The seated pose enveloped in smoke in photo 4 remains my personal favorite: daylight filtering through Venetian blinds intertwined with the interior warm lamplight, accentuating the tactile grain of the black leather sofa alongside the silky sheen of the black stockings. We used smoke tablets to produce subtle Tyndall beam effects throughout the session, lending the air intense volume and perfectly resonating with the mysterious aura inherent to the 'Omertosa' title.

Cosplay modeled by myself, @Adan Adan Dan-. From pre-production wardrobe curation to executing on-set framing that day, every phase brought its hurdles. Yet seeing the crimson edge along the blade, the reflections in the whiskey ice cubes, and the poise across varied angles, I feel we truly resurrected the image from my heart. I hope this series successfully communicates the cool grit and allure of this nocturnal bar journey to everyone.
