[Tamamo no Mae cosplay] Mythical Craft Essence – The Golden Divine Moment of the Nine-Tailed Fox

I've finally shot this set for Tamamo no Mae's Mythical Craft Essence! Preparing everything from the props to the costume took quite a long time. In particular, the golden radial halo on my back was purely assembled and polished by hand, all to recreate the solemn grandeur of a deity's descent. For the makeup, I used a warm golden-brown tone, which, paired with the light pink wig and custom animal ears, allows the overall colors to echo that pure yet enchanting temperament inherent to the Mythical Craft Essence. The costume has numerous details; the gem decorations on the chest, the gold ornaments at the waist, and the complex ring-buckle structures on the arms—every single part was made to highly recreate the original design as much as possible. During the shoot, we specifically sought out a European style indoor scene, where white gauze and golden reflective fabric created a soft and sacred atmosphere. Holding that small altar in my hands, I felt as if I were truly casting some ancient magic. Since it was hard for shoes to blend well with the attire, I simply chose to go barefoot, which unexpectedly fit the primal divinity setting perfectly. The light and shadow throughout this set form beautiful reflections on the gold ornaments, and this texture was preserved during post-processing. Although the cosplay photography process was exhausting, seeing my imagination of that Takamagahara goddess materialized in the final photos brings a great sense of achievement.
