Before shooting this set of Cantarella Fisalia photos, I communicated extensively with the photographer about the rendering of light, shadow, and clothing textures.

This outfit features multiple layers. The corset part is white with lace trim, overlaid with blue-purple gradient sleeves, while the lower skirt is also made of gradient satin material, producing a wonderful reflective effect under the lights. During fittings, the primary adjustment needed was the fit between the waistline and the corset, as the deep-V cut requires strong support to keep its crisp shape. The golden gemstone pendant on the chest also needed to be secured with transparent fishing line to prevent shifting while posing.

For makeup and styling, the purple wig was layered through trimming, and the bangs were styled. To capture the character's lazy vibe, the eye makeup used a reddish blending tint, accented with a black teardrop design under the left eye. This detail adds massive points during close-up shots, allowing the makeup's layering to shine even when the lens gets close.

In terms of pose design, the first photo features a posture lying on the sofa, requiring a tightened core to maintain the elongated line of the legs while the hands rest naturally on the head. The White garter stockings accessories needed to be smoothed out to be entirely wrinkle-free, and the golden clasps had to be adjusted to their optimal angles. The second photo is a seated posture with the skirt spread out, which demands a straight back and waist, alongside adjusting the skirt's arc so that the blue-purple satin material drapes naturally, making it look more three-dimensional visually.

During the shoot, the indoor warm lighting and the bookshelf background created a wonderful sense of depth. To relieve fatigue during breaks, I would look at the lens and say "오빠 정신 차리" in Korean to lighten the mood, which happened to fit the interactive vibe desired for this set. My deepest takeaway from shooting this set is that this classical, gorgeous style relies heavily on on-site lighting and props; the carved wooden sofa and the background books served as excellent complementary backdrops.

Although the entire process was quite physically draining in terms of wearing the costume and maintaining poses, seeing the fabric textures and light transitions in the final photos made all the preliminary preparation completely worthwhile.
