Don't call me a demon; I am Remiel. As today's featured coser Anan, this time I bring you the styling of Krul from Azur Lane. This photo set took quite a lot of time from preparation to execution. After receiving the costume, I found there were even more details than expected. The black translucent mesh material and dark leather splicing really put wearing to the test. The silver cross ornament on the chest, the buckles on the arms, and the red straps at the waist all needed careful adjustment to fit the body shape. For the lower body, I paired Black stockings with shorts featuring garter belts. For a high level of restoration, I also specially made short pink hair and elf ears, accented with red-and-black bows. The makeup heavily emphasized red pupils and an eyeliner style with a cold vibe. The scene setup on the shooting day was stunning. White Roman pillars, scattered large and small crosses, and several angel statues were placed on site, with the ground covered in white scattered floral pieces. This white background full of a sense of holiness formed a sharp contrast with my black gothic feather wings and cross props. To highlight this contrast, the photographer deliberately used strong backlighting, with light shining in from the window behind, as if I had truly descended from some sacred ritual. During posing, this huge black cross and the black feather wings behind were the key focus. Although the prop had substantial weight, holding it on the steps to strike half-kneeling, side-sitting, and forward-leaning poses was extremely physically demanding, especially while balancing the display of leg lines, and the texture of the Black stockings under the light was also quite exquisite. To capture tension, I tried various angles, such as leaning over by the pillars or sitting on the flower-covered steps. Every adjustment to the wing's spread was meant to give the frame more three-dimensionality. When the lens captured those moments, there really was a surreal feeling of a game character stepping into reality. From makeup and costume fittings to the final photo output, although the entire process was tiring, the moment I saw myself fully blending into the character made it all worth it. This is the charm of Anime-style photography. I hope this set of photos can convey the character's temperament to everyone.
