[Formidable cosplay] Azur Lane's Bunny Girl, Care to Have a Cup of This Black Tea?

Putting on this Bunny girl outfit, what actually took the most effort was the feathers on the head and the fluffiness of the tail. To recreate Formidable's puffy yet slightly lazy feel, the combination of the wig and accessories was adjusted through several versions. The texture of the white gauze patched with black lace looks exceptionally layered under the lens, and the lace-up design is actually quite a test for how well it fits the body silhouette. During the shoot, I had to constantly mind keeping my shoulders and neck extended and elegant. Holding the porcelain teacup looks effortless, but to keep the cup and saucer from sliding off, the leverage point of the wrist needs to be very steady.

This time I intentionally chose a vintage sofa and a moody, low-key background, wanting to create a luxurious yet intimate afternoon tea atmosphere inside the ship cabin. The light coming from the side-rear happens to perfectly highlight the details of the lace and strands of hair. The contrast between the full-length black stockings and the white bow ties is highly striking. The overall styling retains her original noble temperament while seamlessly blending in the playfulness of a bunny girl.

Every time I do this Roleplay, someone asks me what's inside the cup. It's actually just a prop, but pairing it with my expression to pretend I'm tasting the tea makes me feel like I've truly entered that world filled with spices and ocean breezes. From the makeup to the small props, everything was repeatedly cross-referenced with the original artwork, trying my best to ensure every crease and ornament is in place. I hope to convey Formidable's vibe of being elegant on the surface but actually a bit spoiled and willful in this piece of Cosplay photography.
