This time I bring you an Omi cosplay from Azur Lane. The costume is from @爪爪匣子, and the overall texture and details are fully on point—especially the black printed jacket and the red rope knot decoration at the waist. Combined with the plush tails of the nine-tailed fox, posing indeed required some balancing skills during the shoot. Regarding skin tone, as I mentioned, the iPhone's white balance made the face look a bit too red and dark under warm lighting. I adjusted the colors many times in post-processing, but after pulling it back to a normal skin tone, the orange-red of the background became very weird, so in the end I kept a bit of the original atmosphere as an alternative vibe. The highlight of this look lies in the fluffiness of the fox ears and tails, showcasing a charming fox-eared girl style, as well as the black stockings paired with black pointed high heels; both standing and sitting poses beautifully display the drape of the clothing. The shooting scene was chosen in an environment with Japanese tatami and paper sliding doors, where the light filters through the grids onto the body, providing a contrast between light and dark without losing softness. Doing cosplay for a long time, you will always encounter various minor accidents with equipment parameters, but that is exactly where the true fun of Cosplay photography lies. Constantly adjusting angles and lighting with the photographer to present the final frame is what makes it most vivid. I hope everyone likes this version of Omi with a warm filter in this Japanese style cosplay.
