Putting on Ram's maid outfit and standing in front of the vintage architecture of Jinpifang felt as though I had truly stepped into the corridors of the Roswaal Mansion. The lighting and shadows at the shoot location this time were very unique; the dark red walls and metal grilles formed a strong visual contrast, which perfectly fit Ram's tsundere yet slightly dangerous setting. I specifically adjusted my posture and the tilt angle of the wooden tray I was holding, using a wide-angle lens to capture both the fluffiness of the skirt and the cinched waistline. This highlighted the layered pleats of the maid outfit and the details of the white lace. For mobile photo editing, I used PixCake's anime creation feature. Especially with the edge processing of the hair strands and clothing, it was so easy to preserve the transitional texture between real hair and the wig, while darkening the background's miscellaneous colors to make the pink hair and purple ribbon the visual center of the image. This wooden tray has the words "PIECE OF CAKE" and cat doodles on it, which serves as a little easter egg and echoes Ram's daily life scenes in the mansion. I am quite satisfied with the second set of dynamic snapshots. At the moment the skirt flew up, the hard tulle inside held up the silhouette. Paired with white over-the-knee socks and black thick-heeled shoes, my center of gravity was very stable, and the fit of the clothes wasn't ruined by the large range of motion. Actually, walking in this outfit really tests the fixed positioning of the shoulder sleeves because the large sleeves and off-the-shoulder design slip off easily, so I had to constantly mind the posture of my left arm to maintain the curve during the shoot. This time, I tried two types of dynamics: leaning backward from the side and raising one leg from the front. The former elongates the body lines, while the latter looks more energetic. The focus of post-processing was brightening the skin tone and correcting the purple tone of the eye makeup, making it echo the blue-purple ribbons on the headpiece. The happiest part was finding a split-level staircase structure for framing, which kept the background from being too monotonous while utilizing the corners to add depth of field to the image. Although the shooting process was very tiring, the light and shadow texture of each final photo gave a sense of accomplishment. I hope this relaxed and slightly playful atmosphere can convey Ram's vivid presence.
