[Raiden Mei cosplay] Under the Mag-Storm, the Succubus Form Lightning Empress Strikes

This time I did a succubus variant of Raiden Mei from Honkai Impact 3rd, combining classic elements of the Lightning Empress with a Cyberpunk visual style. For Cosplay props, we specifically recreated the Mag-Storm sword; its glowing special effects look incredible in dark settings. It has a real weight to it when held, making it a bit harder to control the center of gravity while posing than I imagined, but it was totally worth it for the final photo quality.

The costume is made of patent leather material, paired with asymmetrical over-knee socks and metallic decorations, leaning heavily into a dark theme that works perfectly with the purple lighting to accentuate the silhouette. During the shoot, I tried several different poses—sitting on top of the speakers or doing a horizontal sword slash both felt very dynamic, and the old TVs and neon lines in the venue also helped build a cyberpunk-wasteland e-sports vibe.

The wig was layered with twin-tails and long hair flows, and the accessories were secured with magnetic attachments, so nothing fell off during the entire shoot. This look reflects light beautifully under the lighting effects, especially when the blue LED strip on the blade lights up, creating a strong visual impact. I've always wanted to play around with the physical texture of the Mag-Storm, and this time my wish finally came true. The gear details and the overall tone match the character's elegant and cool temperament perfectly, making this a Raiden Mei cosplay set that was truly polished with care.
