Hi, I'm Elysia! This time I'm bringing you the Elysia Moonlit Grace Skin look from Honkai Impact 3rd. During the shoot, the venue happened to have cherry blossoms in full bloom and a beautiful Japanese courtyard. The sunlight filtered through the flower branches and hit the gold-gilded patterns on the costume, making the whole atmosphere incredibly gentle. This outfit has so many details, especially the ornaments on the cuffs and waist, which refract various glossy sheens under the light.
To make the movements look more natural, I tried sitting while holding bamboo slips, turning sideways to look at the flowers, and that final moment where the skirt hem flutters. Actually, we shot the fluttering one quite a few times because we had to simultaneously control the direction of the wind, the arc of the skirt, and my facial expression, but I am very satisfied with the final result. For the makeup this time, I made some delicate adjustments; the eyeshadow was chosen from a pinkish-purple palette to echo my hair color and the outfit's color scheme, and the wig was combed to follow the wind, creating light, flowing layers.
The entire shoot took about three to four hours. Although I got a few mosquito bites along the way, it was completely worth it to present the character in a state that satisfies me. As an anime cosplay practitioner, I've always felt that it's not just about putting on the clothes, but more importantly, immersing oneself in the character's temperament to interact with the scenery. I hope you all love this set of photos filled with the breath of spring.
