I brought back this twin-tailed snake swimsuit look and sorted through the photos just as summer comes to an end. We shot this back when the weather was warm, but the post-processing took a long time, so it got delayed until now. This cosplay swimsuit is tailored closely to the character setting; the grey-and-white color-blocked design with cutouts on both sides puts high demands on figure and posture once worn.

For the makeup, I specifically chose grey eyeshadow and cool-toned lip gloss to pair with grey-green contact lenses. To recreate the character's signature gaze, I practiced my sideways glance in the mirror for a long time. The twin-tail wig is one of the key focal points of this look; because it is long and curly and has been used for a while, the roots needed to be set with a flat iron, otherwise it easily collapses and loses that fluffy volume. The green swim goggles and the green bracelet are the finishing touches—their luminous texture pops in a 2D image and adds depth to the scene.

In terms of posing design, I mainly relied on perspective to elongate proportions. Poses like raising both hands above the head in the first photo can nicely showcase shoulder-neck lines and arm curves, while using arm movements to naturally reveal the waist cutouts, fitting the character's anime cosplay setting of being cold on the outside yet alluring on the inside. The second photo features a more playful pose—holding the goggles by the side of the head to add a bit of interactive feel—while the third is a look back at the camera, emphasizing eye contact.

For retouching, I tried to maintain a clean and refreshing style, mainly refining body lines while retaining original skin texture. Overall, this character makeup test allowed me to try demanding body postures that I wouldn't usually attempt in everyday shoots. Although it was tiring, I feel the final result turned out quite well, fitting the refreshing theme of a summer cosplay swimsuit, making it a very rewarding experience.

Regarding the set arrangement at the shooting site, I tried to find the junction of a clean white wall and a wooden door; such a background keeps the frame tidy without drawing attention away from the subject. Since it was a close-up shoot, controlling facial expressions became particularly crucial—it couldn't be overly dramatic, needing a natural and relaxed state. I would listen to music during shooting breaks to adjust my state, checking the camera after every few shots to make sure the contact lenses hadn't shifted and the wig hadn't gotten messy. This shoot took place in the afternoon when the light wasn't harsh; the indoor diffuse reflection light suited these grey-toned clothes well, giving them a great texture. Fine-tuning angles before every shutter press was done to capture that perfect moment blending Mobius cosplay's lazy and dangerous aura. This encore is a re-interpretation of the character, and though summer is drawing to a close, the heat of that summer can still be felt in the photos.
