Shot a few Convention photos of Rem in the Maid outfit on-site. To capture the floating feeling of the jump, the photographer and I coordinated several rounds of jumping and landing timing. I also needed to control my facial expression and the state of the skirt flying upon landing; the captured moment looks particularly light. This classic black and white Maid outfit paired with pink short hair, white stockings, and black Mary Jane shoes, fits the theme of "Maid Supremacy" perfectly. The one-legged standing pose while holding a tray was also specially designed to restore the character's sense of ease and playfulness. Although the array lighting at the top of the pavilion is quite harsh and prone to creating strong light and dark contrast, the photographer made good use of the on-site light source, making the layers of hair and clothing stand out in three dimensions even under hard light. During post-production, I mainly fine-tuned skin tone and background blur to enhance the overall transparency of the picture. Although it was at a convention site with huge human traffic and a relatively noisy environment, by using low angles and telephoto lenses, I successfully blurred the crowd in the background, making the subject stand out more. Although the shooting process of these Convention photos was compact, being able to show the details of the Maid outfit's pleats, the ribbon at the waist, and the thigh straps—these meticulously crafted accessories—left me very satisfied with the overall output. Through this convention practice, I also gained more concrete experience in dynamic shooting in complex outdoor environments.
