This set of Liangyue's gear underwent scrutiny multiple times regarding its details from preparation to shooting. The live environment on the day of the Moe Card Exhibition was unexpectedly suitable for producing these cool-toned convention photos; the towering industrial ceiling and reflective floor happened to match the character's temperament perfectly.

The part I'm most satisfied with in this styling is the layered design of the upper body—the white cape is highly photogenic when walking around or making movements, especially paired with that silver shell-like crown decoration on top, carrying its own aloof and sharp vibe. Meanwhile, the black-and-white chessboard pattern cuffs and deep-colored leather texture on the clothing present completely different lusters under light illumination, requiring care for how each material performs under varied light sources. To make the costume style more unified, I intentionally selected these few sets of highly tense poses in terms of stance and movement, such as a low-profile alert posture or a dynamic feel with one leg suspended in the air, restoring the character's crisp, effortless combat instinct to the absolute best of my ability.

Regarding props, this time it was paired with a handgun and magazine reloading accessories. Although they have a certain weight when held in hand, serving as an embellishment for the overall styling indeed increased the rigid flavor. In actual shooting, these black over-the-knee boots of a patent leather-like material heavily tested our patience. To make the leg lines look natural in front of the lens, we adjusted our standing posture and weight-bearing points on site multiple times, allowing the hollowed-out and strap designs to appear more three-dimensional.

Additionally, the design of the makeup this time also had some thought put into it—not deliberately emphasizing bright and gorgeous colors, but selecting more cool-toned shades for the eye makeup and lip colors. Coordinated with the twin-tail wig styling, it presented a consistent crispness and cleanness. Because the flow of people inside the venue was quite heavy, actual shooting required quickly seizing intervals when no one was around, so many photos were truly snapped in the moment.

During post-processing, I preserved that slightly blue-toned light and shadow aura of the venue because this kind of cool-lit environment heavily tests the character's silhouette outline. Fortunately, the lighting technician on that day was highly supportive, handling the light-and-dark relationship between the clothing's white collar line and the black patent leather perfectly. For cosplay, I feel every sets of photo releases isn't just a simple clothing exhibition, but an understanding and expression of this character's mental temperament. Although the shooting process was slightly hard, seeing this finalized photoset that successfully conveys the decisiveness and agility inherent to the character makes me feel all the preparatory work was worth it. Currently, this set of photos is slowly being organized and broadcasted, and I hope everyone can feel the visual effects we wanted to construct on that day through this cosplayer outfit display.
