[Luo Tianyi Cosplay] My Entrance Is Destiny: Official Costume Cosplay Dance Behind-the-Scenes Snapshots

"My entrance is destiny!" This iconic line from the main video of the "Aloud" dance serves as a perfect summary of the feeling during this stage studio shoot. Although this is a Dance behind-the-scenes record outside the main video, I paid close attention to maintaining the character's confident, agile, and slightly playful aura during shooting, hoping to convey this stage presence through body extension.

The main focus of this shoot was to recreate Luo Tianyi V4's classic Official costume cosplay design as a Chinese VOCALOID and Vsinger icon, featuring a primary blue-and-white color palette. The fun of the shooting process lay in capturing the best dynamic moments—for instance, the candid shot in the first photo with one arm raised high and the body stretching sideways actually required strong core balance control. Because the skirt features a layered pleated design, paired with over-the-knee star-patterned stockings and sturdy black-and-white color-blocked round-toe shoes, shifting the center of gravity happens easily when jumping or standing on one leg. To facilitate capturing these Dance behind-the-scenes shots, I actually made two sets of fine-tuning options for outfit styling: one set paired with large white detachable sleeves and matching gloves, while the other switched to cleaner black sleeves and blue-and-white color-blocked mid-heel boots. This preserved a unified visual color scheme while giving the photos more action tension to choose from.

When reviewing footage on the monitor during post-production, I paid special attention to hair styling. This pair of side bun pigtails combined with blue hair gradient strands demands careful lighting when processing flyaway textures and hair luster. Although spotlighting on the black-backed stage easily creates dark corners along silhouette edges, the overall atmosphere builds an immersive stage performance feel. The dark background perfectly accentuates the outfit's blue-and-white color blocks, combining with the dimmed background and reflective floor to create an authentic live concert-like ambience.

In portraying this character, I felt the easiest aspect to convey was her vibrant, energetic charm. The initiation of movements needs not only stability, but also explosive energy, so that visually it feels light and eye-catching. Details like securing the hat or hair ornaments and preventing skirt exposure were repeatedly adjusted between the photographer and me throughout the shoot. Although candid behind-the-scenes photos inevitably have minor flaws in timing, it is precisely these unrefined moments that preserve the most natural and lively emotions of the set, forming a wonderful echo with the slightly more serious final work.

Beyond fluid dance movements, character costume details are also very intricate. For example, the iconic structure on the chest, belt color scheme, and black decorative trim inside the skirt hem—these subtle elements unite to build high visual consistency. This Official costume cosplay design combines the innocence of an early-generation virtual singer with modern pop trends, making it easy to yield great results during close-ups or half-body shots. Before evaluating the main production, people rarely see these behind-the-scenes moments of adjusting positioning and refining details, yet I thoroughly enjoy this step-by-step process of perfecting a complete work.

Finally, shooting Dance behind-the-scenes is truly physically demanding, requiring repeated jumps and frozen poses for the same move to ensure the body is captured at its most extended instant. Integrating the dynamic tension of "Aloud" into this costume and prop presentation was a joyful and fulfilling creative experience. Regardless of how the main video is received, at least in these behind-the-scenes records, I did my best to preserve the character's unique radiance and confidence as a Vsinger.
