Night falls, and the city's neon signs light up. This time's shooting location was chosen on a street with metal railings and stone steps. Cosplaying Nangong Yu from Zenless Zone Zero, what attracted me the most is this combination of techwear style and sweet elements. The black leather sleeveless top glows faintly under the night lighting, the sailor uniform cape at the collar and metal rivets add a tough feel, while the large pink satin bow on the chest neutralizes the coldness of the leather jacket. To restore the character, the purple geometric halo on top of the head and the mechanical cat-ear headpiece are indispensable soul accessories, and the white mechanical wings behind look exceptionally eye-catching in the night view.
Tonight's shooting theme was set as a night tour. To fit the mood of wanting to tease little Qianxia today, I tried quite a few mischievous expressions and actions in front of the lens. The purple large bell-sleeves in the pictures are extremely expressive, paired with leather shorts and blue plaid-pieced skirt hem, creating a particularly layered look when moving. Because it's leather clothing, shooting in the slightly cool night weather didn't feel hot at all, but rather quite wind-resistant. The lower body is paired with semi-translucent black stockings and garter thigh rings, matched with platform motorcycle boots. When sitting on the stone steps, the leg lines and light-and-shadow texture look exceptionally good in photos.
During the shooting process, @Hongbai's control over light and shadow has clearly improved. We utilized the blurred city lights in the background as light source accents, creating that cyberpunk yet slightly dreamy atmosphere. The standing pose photo required steadying the center of gravity to showcase a composed and stern feeling; whereas when sitting on the steps, it required relaxing the body, casually raising one hand, with a hint of slyness in the gaze. To capture this dynamic movement, we tried angles back and forth several times. From a compositional perspective, the sitting perspective can better highlight body proportions and clothing details.
I am extremely satisfied with this photoset. The reflection of the leather clothing in the night view, the vibrant pop of the pink hair under dim light, and the collision of various metal accessories perfectly restored my imagination of this character strolling down the street. Tossing and turning all night, being able to clearly record all these elements makes all the fatigue feel completely worthwhile.
